xpy 0.10.4 and Vispa 0.2.4

Another Friday, another release. xpy and Vispa both get updates, adding new features, fixing bugs and bringing back Czech localization. With version 0.11/0.3, there’ll be a major call for new translations. If you want to contribute, have a look at this post first!

    I have a french version of Windows Vista.
    Vispa is now in Czech ! Can you please re-add, english or french translation ?

    you can override the default language using “vispa.exe /lang”. there is no up-to-date french translation, but you are more than welcome to contribute

    I mean Vispa 0.2.3 runs in English but Vispa 0.2.4 runs in Czech.
    English is way better for a default language. (I understand English but not Czech =p).

    I will try my best to contribute a french translation [after my exams :-( ].

    i’ve changed the language order in the upcoming release, should be fixed
